Update - As I finish writing this, I’m still at chapter 5, but of course with higher levels, more affinity and now 90+ hours. I’m also Blade level 9, it feels to me like Blade levels are gained fairly fast, but then again, I have been min-maxing by switching divisions all the time. The first thing I did in game after it unlocks at the end of chapter 3, was to get all the FrontierNav (FN) sites in Primordia, since I knew it would be beneficial in the long run to get as many sites as early as possible. I took a break with a few quests, got my mechanical field skill to level 4 and I was now equipped to grab all the sites in the next 3 continents which don’t require flight.
Being a Pathfinder at heart, it only makes sense I learn all I can about probes I’ve left Cauldros alone until after chapter 6 (where Skells unlock), since I have the funny feeling that having a Skell will make getting the sites easier. Update - I’ve gotten every single probe site, bar 1 in Cauldros in chapter 5.
